Your Future at Kyndryl
As a Data Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts - presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.
Who You Are
You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of experience in data governance, data management, analytics, and consulting.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Data Governance frameworks, including: Data ownership & stewardship, Data quality, Metadata and/or data lineage
- Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in cloud data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Solid understanding of AI governance / Responsible AI concepts (risk, ethics, controls).
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including interaction with senior leaders.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Direct experience with Microsoft Purview or similar governance tools.
- Familiarity with specific Azure services (Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, Fabric).
- Knowledge of formal frameworks (e.g., DAMA‑DMBOK, DCAM, EDM Council).
- Prior experience with AI model governance beyond conceptual understanding.
- Consulting certifications or cloud/data certifications (Azure, CDMP, etc.).
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, telecom).
