Senior Associate, Infrastructure Specialist

You'll be involved from the early stages of projects-assessing feasibility, identifying technical and timeline risks, and helping shape the path forward. Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Deep expertise in a specific technical domain (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• Experience working with enterprise IT applications
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or system architecture in a public cloud environment (e.g., AWS)
• Strong knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems
• Proven ability to drive engineering solutions and collaborate across teams
• Extensive experience and sound judgment in planning and executing toward goals
• Ability to apply general principles to specific challenges and derive conclusions or solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong background in process improvement
• Proficiency in Japanese

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• In-depth knowledge of Amazon cloud hosting architecture; experience with both AWS and Azure is a plus
• Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities
• Familiarity with a wide range of IT concepts, practices, and methodologies
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in creating detailed technical plans, blueprints, diagrams, and models
• Logical reasoning and analytical skills to evaluate the pros and cons of alternative solutions or approaches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
