Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams

• 5+ years of experience in QA related tasks

• Deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, practices, frameworks, and tools.

• Leadership skills guiding and motivating development teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

• Proficient in project management, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Business acumen to understand customer needs, market trends, and align quality assurance with business objectives.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent job experience.

• Experience in one or more Hyperscaler to leverage cloud-native solutions.

• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges in software development projects.

• Professional experience in the banking and/or payments industry.

• Proficiency in Finnish language.
