The Role

As a PM(Project Manager) for outsourced banking system operations, you will lead a 20-30 member operations team, oversee customer support, issue resolution, process improvement proposals, and day-to-day site operations including 24/7 support and incident response, while coordinating with shared service centers and multiple Delivery Partners to drive overall operations.

What you will do

• Manage the operations of core and peripheral systems for regional banks

• Lead regular customer meetings, issue management, improvement proposals, and stakeholder coordination

• Manage an operations team of approximately 20-30 members and promote stable service delivery

• Collaborate with shared service centers and related vendors to maintain and improve service quality

• Support customer business continuity through incident response and operational improvements

• Participate in sales and proposal activities to contribute to the expansion of existing engagements

• Build long-term customer trust by working closely with the assigned location

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Experience as a Project Manager or overall lead for medium- to large-scale operations

• Experience managing teams of 20 or more members

• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder coordination skills

• Ability to independently resolve operational issues and propose process improvements

• Ability to work at the assigned location and commit to the role on a long-term basis

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience in financial-sector projects, particularly outsourced operations for core or peripheral systems at regional banks
