The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Management and coordination of the Digital Identity area specializing in Identity Governance Administration (IGA), Identity Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Planning and estimation of project activities.
  • Conducting periodic progress reports to the management.
  • Coordination of internal and external resources assigned to them.

Who You Are

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Identity Management area.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge of the main IAM tools such as SAILPOINT, OPEN AM.
  • Excellent stress management skills.

Skills:

  • Excellent ability to define, execute, maintain, and adhere to complex work plans.
  • Strong relational and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork predisposition with developers and technical/functional analysts.
  • Autonomy in managing deliveries and organizing the work of the assigned team.
  • Proactive approach in defining possible technical solutions and facing daily challenges and new opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills in managing user requests (especially if not considered in the initial requirements).
  • Ability to communicate with both the business area and the IT area.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, functional and technical analysis.
  • Ideally possesses one of the main certifications in the field (e.g., PMI).
