The Role

As a Data Management professional at Kyndryl, you'll be involved in creating innovative solutions that bring data to life. From building cutting-edge proof-of-concept models to architecting data systems tailored to client needs, you'll transform complex requirements into robust, scalable solutions. Your role will involve hands-on work with a diverse range of technologies, ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and bespoke data solutions. Required Skills and Experience

• Mid-level technical education in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience operating inventory and IT service management platforms, including:
  
  
  • Incident logging and tracking
  • Change control processes
  • Maintenance and administration of the asset catalog
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, particularly in:
  
  
  • Incident, problem, and change management
  • Asset inventory and configuration tracking
  • Basic automation concepts to streamline operational tasks
• Familiarity with Proactivanet or similar ITSM / asset management tools is highly valued.
