As an HR Payroll Professional at Kyndryl, you'll be the payroll guru, ensuring that the entire process runs like a well-oiled machine. Speed and accuracy are your middle names, and you take pride in making sure every employee gets the paycheck they deserve. We are looking for the payroll SME for Spain. The main tasks would be:

- Review payroll inputs for the cycle

- Perform all reconciliations regarding input vs output

- Interlock with payroll vendor

- Tax and social security reconciliations

- Be the payroll focal for other functions (comp. benefits...)

Moreover, you will be able to participate and be part of the global team to bring new ideas and provide improvement to the payroll strategy.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role of at least 7-8 years
• Solid experience working with SAP and Workday

• Strong knowledge about Payroll, Offboarding and Accounting Processes

• Fluent in English (B2-C1)

• High degree of professionalism and ability to communicate with various levels of management.
• Good understanding of employment and tax law, regulatory and legal compliance to meet country specific requirements
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Human Resources
• Basic knowledge in other HR processes such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility.
