The Role

Jefe de Proyecto de Payments con sólida trayectoria en la gestión integral de carteras de proyectos vinculados a medios de pago, tanto en entornos físicos como digitales. Especializado en la integración, operación y evolución de soluciones de pago para comercios, con profundo conocimiento de pasarelas de pago, TPVs, protocolos de Redsys y procesos de compensación y liquidación bancaria.

Responsable de liderar y supervisar múltiples proyectos y programas dentro de la organización, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio. Gestiona equipos de project y program managers, estableciendo un marco de gobierno que permite el seguimiento continuo del estado de los proyectos (financiero, planificación y satisfacción del cliente), así como la salud y el crecimiento de la cartera global.

Cuenta con amplia experiencia en la implantación de procesos y herramientas de gestión que facilitan la monitorización y previsión precisa de métricas financieras a nivel táctico y estratégico. Destaca por su capacidad para priorizar iniciativas, gestionar dependencias y compensaciones dentro de la cartera, y coordinar hitos entre proyectos relacionados para maximizar el impacto en los resultados empresariales.

Responsabilidades Clave

Gestión de Proyectos

• Liderar proyectos end-to-end en el ámbito de payments (adquisición, autorización, clearing, settlement).
• Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares: IT, negocio, compliance, partners externos.
• Definición de alcance, planificación, riesgos y presupuesto.
• Gestión de proveedores: adquirentes, emisores, fintechs, redes de pago.

Integración de Sistemas de Pago

• Implementación de pasarelas (hosted, API REST, SDKs).
• Integración con adquirentes y redes como Visa, Mastercard.
• Conocimiento de protocolos como:
  • Redsys (SOAP/REST, firma SHA-256)
  • 3D Secure 2.x
  • ISO 8583 (mensajería financiera) , 27001

Gestión de Comercios

• Onboarding de comercios (KYC, configuración de TPV virtual/físico).
• Parametrización de métodos de pago (tarjetas, wallets, BNPL).
• Optimización de ratios de conversión y autorización.

TPVs (Terminales Punto de Venta)

• Integración con TPVs físicos (Ingenico, Verifone, PAX - Android suite).
• Configuración de terminales: contactless, chip&PIN, NFC.
• Gestión de incidencias (timeouts, reversos, fallback).

Procesos de Pago (End-to-End)

1. Autorización

• Comunicación en tiempo real con el emisor.
• Validación de fraude (3DS, scoring).

2. Clearing

• Intercambio de información entre adquirente y esquema.

3. Liquidación (Settlement)

• Conciliación de transacciones.
• Cálculo de fees (interchange, scheme fees).
• Transferencia de fondos al comercio.
