Responsibilities:

• Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.
• Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
• Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.
• Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.
• Develop and implement effective communication and training plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.
• Identify and address potential resistance to change.

As a Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts - presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business administration, Change Management or related fields.
• 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with min. 2 years of technology consulting
• Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Experience designing and delivering training programs
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG)

Optional Qualifications:

• Master's degree in organizational Change Management or related field
• Process design expertise
