The Role
As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.
As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM and Power Platform solution design aligned with client needs and best practices.
- Provide architectural guidance on integration, data flow, performance, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HSE).
- Serve as Technical Design Authority for complex CRM programs.
- Collaborate with engineering/product teams for seamless implementation and improvements.
- Drive IT infrastructure enhancements and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance through effective data and change control architecture.
- Advise clients on strategic goals, offering scalable and secure solutions.
- Develop CRM roadmaps in collaboration with Enterprise Architects.
- Deliver architecture blueprints and documentation.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
- 10+ experience as a Dynamics CRM Architect.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing (CI-Journey) and Customer Service, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) C#, JavaScript, .NET, SQL Server, Azure services and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with any combination of the following security services: threat modelling, secure coding, identity management and authorization, authentication, system administration.
- Strong knowledge of network security, secure coding principles, and common vulnerabilities (OWASP, SAST/DAST).
- Hands on Experience in DevSecOps practices and security tooling integration into CI/CD.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
