The Role

◼️仕事内容
本ポジションは、メインフレーム領域の技術リーダーとして、保守運用• 提案• デリバリー支援• メンバー育成を担う役割です。特に金融業界向けの案件が中心で、安定した環境の中で専門性を高めながら、チームを牽引していただきます。技術力だけでなく、リーダーシップや顧客対応力も活かせる裁量の大きなポジションです。
基本的に日本語での勤務となりますので日本語スキルは必須となります。技術資料など英文資料を参照する事はありますが、通常業務では英語でのコミュニケーション発生頻度は高くない環境です。

◼️職務内容

• メインフレーム環境（z/OS）における保守運用業務

• 顧客向けの技術提案およびデリバリー支援

• チームメンバーの育成• 技術指導:5名程度

• プロジェクトの技術的リードおよび進行管理

◼️働き方

• リモート可:週2〜3回出社が基本です。

Who You Are

必須（MUST）

• 3年以上のメインフレーム経験

• z/OSに関する知見

歓迎（WANT）

• メインフレームのSW/HWバージョンアップ経験:１〜2年程度

• 保守運用経験:１〜2年程度

• チームリーダーとしてのマネジメント経験:5名程度のチームリードを１〜2年程度

• 金融業界向け案件の経験:１〜2年程度
