当社のメインフレームサービスは、金融業界や公共系のお客様の基幹システムを支える重要なインフラを提供しています。このポジションでは、既存システムのバージョンアップ、データセンター移行、システムのモダナイゼーションを通じて、クライアントが効率的に活動できる環境を構築します。お客様のミッションクリティカルなシステムに深く関わり、長期的なプロジェクトを通じて技術的な成長と達成感を得られる役割です。

◼️職務内容

• メインフレームシステムの設計• 構築• 移行に関する計画立案と実行

• データセンター移転やシステム統合（コンソリデーション）における技術支援

• 既存システムのバージョンアップ対応（OS、ハードウェア、ミドルウェア）

• メインフレームシステムのモダナイゼーションに向けた設計• 導入

• AI を用いたメインフレーム関連業務の効率化

• お客様との技術的なコミュニケーション• 調整

Who You Are

◼️必須（MUST）

• メインフレーム基盤の基本スキル（HW製品、z/OS製品、DBDC製品）を有すること

• ２年以上のメインフレームシステムのデリバリー経験、もしくは２件以上のバージョンアップやデータセンター移行プロジェクトに参画した経験があること（１件の大規模プロジェクト経験でも可）

• ITサービス管理（インシデント／問題／変更管理）の基本知識と３年以上の実務経験
  （メインフレーム関連以外の経験も可）

• 優れたコミュニケーションスキルを有し、チーム内外で効果的に情報を共有できる方

• 複雑な問題に対処する能力と、トラブルシューティングの経験があること
