The Role

• Administer and support mainframe automation tools such as IBM System Automation, NetView, OPS/MVS, AutoOPERATOR, CA OPS/MVS, or equivalent products.
• Monitor automation environments and ensure automated processes execute successfully.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automation policies, rules, procedures, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related incidents, alerts, and system failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
• Support software installations, upgrades, maintenance, and patching activities.
• Collaborate with systems programming teams on z/OS, JES2, CICS, IMS, DB2, and storage-related automation requirements.
• Maintain operational documentation, standards, and runbooks.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation activities.
• Provide on-call support for critical production environments as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, and change management requirements.

Workplace: Hortolândia/SP (Hybrid model)

Working hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Monday to Friday.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience administering and supporting mainframe automation tools such as IBM System Automation, NetView, OPS/MVS, AutoOPERATOR, CA OPS/MVS, or equivalent products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

• Advanced/fluent English

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experienced in configuring IBM Z System Automation to ensure high availability and resilience of critical mainframe workloads.
• Proficient in using CA-OPS/MVS to reduce manual intervention, enhance system reliability, and support mission-critical mainframe environments.
