LIMS Support Specialist - Azure Cloud

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive LIMS Support Specialist to manage, support, and enhance our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) hosted on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have experience in LIMS administration, cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure), and laboratory workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LIMS users across departments.
Manage LIMS configurations, user roles, and data integrity.
Collaborate with IT and lab teams to ensure system uptime, security, and performance.
Maintain and optimize LIMS hosted on Azure, including backups, updates, and monitoring.
Assist in LIMS upgrades, validation, and integration with lab instruments and other systems.
Document system changes, SOPs, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with GxP, ISO, and other regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• 12+ Yrs of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the LIMPS support
• Experience on Azure-based LIMS support roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking, RBAC).
• Hands-on experience with LIMS platforms (e.g., LabWare, LabVantage).
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports, data migration, and validation processes.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and compliance frameworks.
• • Experience in Sample Management, Data Management, workflow automation, Inventory control, compliance support

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Assist in integrating LIMS with laboratory instruments and enterprise systems (ERP, QMS).
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for LIMS updates and patches
