The Role

As a Leadership and Talent Development Consultant, you'll play a critical role in shaping and delivering experiences that build leadership capability, accelerate onboarding, and drive enterprise-wide skill development. You'll work across global teams and with external partners to bring learning to life in ways that are scalable, measurable, and deeply human.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Program design and execution

  • Architect enterprise-level leadership development offerings across all levels-from emerging leaders to executive readiness, in alignment to strategic business priorities.
  • Ensure leadership development programs are contextually relevant and aligned with enterprise growth goals.
  • Lead governance for assigned offerings, using project management principles and tools to cover from stakeholder engagement through execution and up to measuring impact.

Operational oversight:

  • Work with Learning Operations and Learning Business Partners to ensure smooth execution of leadership development programs in collaboration with NIIT (our strategic partner for Learning) and other third-parti partners.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with NIIT and other third-party partners, using project mangement to oversee their contributions to Leadership Development programs (instructional design, content development, facilitation, operations etc.).
  • Liase with HR Centers of Excelence, Shared Services and Business functions to ensure seamless deployment of leadership & talent development solutions.

Data management & reporting

  • Leverage business and talent data to identify leadership development needs and guide offering architecture.
  • Report learning completion metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Leverage operative data and feedback loops to evaluate program effectiveness and impact to drive continuous improvement.

Change management

  • Establish strong consultative relationships with business leaders and HR partners to surface leadership capability needs.
  • Manage complex engagements, ensuring cross-functional alignment and stakeholder involvement, from discovery to full implementation.
  • Assist with communication and change management for leadership development initiatives and programs, including enrollment drives, stakeholder updates, and leadership briefings.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in learning consulting, offering management and leadership development.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with third-party learning vendors to drive impact.
  • Experience with enterprise learning management platforms (e.g., Workday Learning).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
  • English language proficiency - fluent

Preferred Qualifications

  • A global perspective and the ability to work effectively in matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
  • Master's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
