The Role
We are looking for a talented and highly creative Visual Designer to join Kyndryl Vital team. This role sits at the intersection of visual design, digital product thinking, and emerging AI technologies.
We are looking forward to your help in imagining and shaping the next generation of technological experiences powered by generative AI and agentic AI, providing a clear, memorable, and consistent experience. Who You Are
Profile
- At least 2-5 years of experience in Visual, UI, or Digital Product Design
- A strong visual designer with solid understanding of UX and interaction principles
- Curious, proactive, and excited about the future of AI in digital experiences
- A team player with a creative mindset and attention to detail
Design & Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems)
- Strong skills in visual design: typography, composition, color, branding, and layout
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Ability to create interactive prototypes that communicate product concepts clearly
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or similar collaboration tools
AI & Innovation (Highly Valued)
- Experience designing AI-powered features or products
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., for content, imagery, or interface exploration)
- Interest or experience in conversational interfaces, adaptive systems, or agent-based experiences
- Experience working on innovation, concept, or early-stage product projects
Visual & UI Design
- Design visually compelling interfaces for digital products, prototypes, and concept experiences.
- Ensure strong consistency in typography, layout, color, and visual language across products.
- Translate complexity into clear, engaging, and user-friendly solutions.
- Create key visuals, UI components, and scalable design systems.
Prototyping & Concept Development
- Rapidly prototype digital concepts and interaction models using modern design and prototyping tools.
- Contribute to the full journey from early idea to interactive prototype
- Visualize AI-driven experiences, including conversational, adaptive, and autonomous interfaces.

AI-Driven Experience Design
- Collaborate in the design of products powered by Generative AI (content, visuals, interactions)
- Work closely with AI, product, and tech teams to shape feasible and inspiring solutions.
Strategic Thinking
- Support user research and insight synthesis to inform visual and interaction decisions.
- Contribute to user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in your design work.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work in multidisciplinary teams with designers, developers, product owners, and AI specialists
- Present and defend design decisions clearly and confidently
- Contribute to the evolution of internal design systems and visual standards
Other Requirements
- Experience working in creative, multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills through design
- Fluent English & Spanish
Nice to Have
- Experience in international or cross-cultural projects
- Background in branding, motion, or presentation design
- Experience in facilitating co-creation, co-design, or creative sessions.
