将来構想や中長期計画の策定、ITシステム環境の設計構築ベンダー選定～運用保守までの技術支援を実施しています。

キンドリルはITインフラストラクチャーの構築やアウトソーシングを軸に事業を伸ばしてきましたが、

お客様のご要望にお応えすべく、現在はシステム全体を対象に各テクノロジーサービスを拡大しています。

今回の募集では、私たちの生活に深く関わる大手損保系のお客様のIBMメインフレーム基盤において、

ハードウェアリプレースおよびソフトウェアのバージョンアップ• 保守を長期的に担う体制強化のため、IBMメインフレームのインフラ領域に強みを持つリーダー／サブリーダー人材を募集しています。本ポジションは長期プロジェクトとなり、安定した基盤を守りながら、お客様と伴走して頂ける方を募集しております。

【仕事内容】

IBMメインフレームチームのリーダー／サブリーダーの一員として、
以下を担当いただきます。

• IBMメインフレームシステムの

• ハードウェアリプレース対応

• ソフトウェアのバージョンアップ／保守対応

• 障害発生時の調査• 対応策の検討および対応リード

• お客様からの技術的な問い合わせ対応

• チームメンバーやお客様とのコミュニケーション

• プロジェクト全体の進捗• 課題• 品質• リスク管理

• チームメンバー（3～10名程度）の取りまとめ

• リモート勤務可能です（週2日 ）

Who You Are

必須要件

以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方:

• 5年以上のIBMメインフレーム（z/OS）に関する実務経験

• IBMメインフレームの障害対応経験

　　　　（IBM社サポートと連携した切り分け• 原因調査のご経験）

• IBMメインフレームのソフトウェア保守経験

• 5年以上の顧客折衝経験

• チームリーダー／サブリーダーとしてのご経験

　　　　（3名以上のチームを5年以上）

歓迎要件

• IBMメインフレームのバッチ管理ソフトの知見
• IZWS（ZWS／IWS／TWS／OPC）のご経験
• IBM Storageのご経験

• IWSのご経験

• メインフレームモダナイゼーションへのご興味
