What You Will Do

• Collaborate with customers and account partners to identify new software service opportunities, and build proposals and pitch materials to position Kyndryl as a trusted partner for digital transformation.

• Lead and advice on UI development using Javascript, NodeJs or Streamlit

• Understand customer's needs and assess their tech stack maturity

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate software pipelines, frameworks, tools and platforms

• Lead data feasibility studies and PoC projects to demonstrate the value and viability of Data and AI solutions

• Develop end to end AI PoC projects using HTML, CSS, Javascript, NodeJS, Django, Python etc.

• Collaborate with AI architects and engineers to data scientist and develop Data and AI solutions tailored to the clients' requirements

• Lead full stack development and integration of Data and AI models into the software system

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in technologies along with best practices to develop thought leadership and PoV

• Work with cross-functional team and partners to develop/ enhance and package AI offerings and assets for customer-facing discussions

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of software development experience, with some exposure to AI & Analytics domain, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships

• Have experience in cloud services of AWS / GCP / Azure

• Have experience with databases on prem and on cloud like MySQL, PostrgreSQL, MongoDB and exp in vector databases

• In-depth understanding of full stack components and the ability to choose the right components for each problem solving

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with data feasibility studies and demonstrating the value and viability of Data and AI solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
