The Role

Position Overview

We are urgently seeking a Lead, Financial Analysis to join the Finance team at Kyndryl Japan!

In this role, you will work closely with our headquarters in the U.S. and global finance teams-not just performing analysis and reporting, but taking the lead on key initiatives that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and report monthly and annual financial statements
• Handle statutory accounting tasks under the Companies Act
• Manage tax filing-related activities
• Create planning rates for subsidiaries
• Support overall Kyndryl Finance operations
• Oversee JV and subsidiary management tasks
• Record vendor cost accruals
• Provide financial operations support
• Execute finance-related process tasks
• Perform other finance-related duties as required

Who You Are

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in management accounting and financial accounting
• Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Language skills:
• • English: Intermediate level (reading, writing, and conversation)
  • Japanese: Native-level proficiency
