The Role
Arquitecto de Datos con amplia trayectoria liderando la entrega de soluciones analíticas de alto impacto y coordinando equipos técnicos de alto rendimiento. Experto en el diseño y despliegue de arquitecturas modernas en la nube, con una sólida base como Data Engineer y Consultor de Datos. Especialista en la implementación de metodologías DataOpspara optimizar el ciclo de vida del dato, garantizando escalabilidad, calidad y agilidad en entornos empresariales complejos.
Who You Are
Experiencia profesional
- +5 años liderando equipos técnicos y de ingeniería de datos en entornos Agile, actuando como Líder Técnico y coordinador de estrategias DataOps (deseable).
- +4 años como Consultor y Arquitecto de Datos especializado en Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, AWS, diseñando arquitecturas complejas.
- +3 años en el diseño e implementación de soluciones de datos en tiempo real utilizando Apache Kafka y Apache Flink para procesamiento de eventos de baja latencia.
- +3 años operando y optimizando plataformas de datos empresariales como Databricks y Dataiku para analítica avanzada y Vertex AI para flujos de Machine Learning.
- +2 años de experiencia trabajando con Docker y Kubernetes (GKE, AKS) para la orquestación y automatización de aplicaciones en contenedores.
- +2 años de experiencia directa como Data Engineer, garantizando la robustez de pipelines ETL/ELT y la calidad del dato bajo un enfoque centrado en el cliente

Formación académica
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Informática, Tecnología de la Información y Comunicaciones o similares.
- Idiomas: Inglés nivel B2 o superior.
Conocimientos Requeridos
Must haves:
- Estrategia DataOps y Liderazgo: Experiencia avanzada en orquestación de flujos de datos bajo metodologías Agile y principios DataOps para garantizar agilidad y resiliencia en entornos productivos.
- Cloud Data Architecture (GCP): Dominio experto en el ecosistema de Google Cloud, incluyendo BigQuery, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Cloud Run y Cloud Functions.
- Gobernanza y Cumplimiento: Conocimiento sólido en Data Governance (Google Dataplex), gestión de metadatos y cumplimiento normativo aplicados a arquitecturas de datos modernas
- Herramientas de Modelado de datos, Transformación y Metadatos: Experiencia técnica en plataformas como DBT, Hackolade y Dataform
- Conocimiento de herramientas de Infraestructura como Código (Terraform) para el aprovisionamiento y gestión de recursos en Cloud.
- Visualización y Consultoría: Manejo de herramientas de BI y preparación de datos (Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Looker) con un enfoque consultivo orientado a la resolución de problemas del cliente.
Nice to haves:
- Plataformas de Datos y Analítica: Gestión avanzada de entornos Databricks (Lakehouse) y Dataiku para la democratización y ciencia de datos a escala.
- Procesamiento en Tiempo Real: Conocimiento profundo en el diseño de arquitecturas de streaming con Apache Kafka y Apache Flink para procesamiento de eventos.
