Our client has been working on improving their employees' work productivities.
As a Microsoft 365 expert, align with the employees pain points, propose the solutions and help the operations to encourage the utilization.

This position will primarily be based on-site in Hiroshima.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
• Experience in designing/implementing or deploying/operating any of the following Microsoft 365 applications

　Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, etc.

• Project management (master schedule, WBS, issue management, cost management, reporting to customers)
• Japanese -Fluent level

• Able to commute to the Hiroshima office everyday
