The Role

Como Ingeniero/a de Software Senior - Desarrollador, estará a la vanguardia del diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de software de alto impacto. Su trabajo desempeñará un papel fundamental en nuestra oferta comercial, aportando valor a nuestros clientes a través de soluciones robustas, escalables y de alta calidad.
Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con diseñadores, arquitectos, gestores de producto y equipos asociados, siguiendo procesos ágiles de desarrollo de software. A partir de documentación de diseño y especificaciones funcionales, será responsable de implementar los componentes identificados, asegurando que estén correctamente documentados, con pruebas unitarias completas y listos para su integración.
Además, tendrá la oportunidad de diseñar soluciones end-to-end, probar código, desplegar componentes y construir pipelines de CI/CD. Como referente técnico del equipo, proporcionará estimaciones de esfuerzo, guiará decisiones técnicas y alineará a las partes interesadas en cuanto a objetivos funcionales, características y tecnologías.

Who You Are
Quién es usted
Usted es un/a profesional senior con sólida experiencia técnica, mentalidad de crecimiento y compromiso con la excelencia. Está orientado/a al cliente, priorizando siempre su éxito, y se caracteriza por un enfoque colaborativo, inclusivo y sin barreras al trabajo en equipo.
Habilidades y experiencia requeridas
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comprobable como Ingeniero/a de Software.
- Experiencia sólida y hands-on (+5 años) trabajando con Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka Connect y Sterling (todas las tecnologías son obligatorias).
- Experiencia senior en diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de software en entornos productivos complejos.
- Excelentes habilidades de codificación y amplia experiencia en desarrollo (Java, Python, .NET, etc.), con fuerte capacidad de depuración y resolución de problemas.
- Experiencia demostrable en metodologías ágiles y en el desarrollo de software escalable y robusto.
- Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL, mapeo de datos, XML/JSON y servicios web REST.
- Conocimientos sólidos de arquitectura de software: microservicios, contenedores (Docker y Kubernetes) y sistemas de mensajería.
- Dominio avanzado de programación orientada a objetos (OOP) y patrones de diseño.
Habilidades y experiencia preferidas
- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería o campo técnico relacionado, o experiencia práctica equivalente.
- Certificaciones en uno o más hiperescaladores (Azure, AWS o Google GCP), o disposición para certificarse con el soporte de Kyndryl.
- Experiencia con herramientas DevOps y prácticas modernas de ingeniería de software.
