The Role
This role is for a seasoned Human Resources professional, who is a proven, high-caliber leader in the HR field, understanding the key role of HR as a business partner in a global, highly matrixed and complex organization. You will have successfully supported organizational transformations, through developing the case for change and have supported senior leadership in driving cultural engagement against a compelling HR strategy. The role is for a leader with growth mindset who is capable of combining strategic and analytical perspectives and possibilities with a pragmatic and action-oriented approach, for example supporting HR policy development and implementation or handling complex HR cases.
You will - leading a small team of HR Business Partners - play a vital role in the ongoing growth, development and transformation of the business at the Hungarian Center with offices in Budapest and Szekesfehervar, while at the same time time shaping a positive culture within the organization. The right candidate also has the business acumen to help shape business strategy as a member of the Hungarian leadership team and will ensure that the HR strategy and interventions support the overall Kyndryl growth ambitions, delivering business growth and an improved employee experience.

Required technical and professional experience
- Degree (e.g. Master's) preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social or Behavioral Sciences or related fields is required
- Professional with 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Country HR Leader
- Deep knowledge of Hungarian and relevant, employment-related laws and regulations
- Project management across multiple business requirements
