The Role
Como Google Cloud Engineer, formarás parte de un equipo especializado en Google Cloud Platform (GCP), trabajando en entornos críticos y altamente escalables. Tu misión será diseñar, implementar y mantener soluciones cloud para múltiples clientes, garantizando la disponibilidad, seguridad y eficiencia de sus plataformas. Colaborarás estrechamente con otros ingenieros y equipos DevOps para impulsar la automatización y las mejores prácticas en la nube.

Responsabilidades principales
- Diseñar y desplegar infraestructuras en GCP utilizando herramientas de IaC como Terraform.
- Automatizar procesos y tareas mediante scripting en Python y prácticas DevOps/GitOps.
- Gestionar entornos multi-cliente, asegurando cumplimiento de estándares y SLA.
- Implementar y mantener pipelines CI/CD para despliegues seguros y eficientes.
- Monitorizar y optimizar el rendimiento, la seguridad y la disponibilidad de las soluciones cloud.
- Participar en guardias para garantizar la continuidad del servicio.
- Colaborar con equipos internos y externos, aportando experiencia técnica y resolviendo incidencias complejas.
- Mantenerse actualizado en certificaciones y tendencias cloud, proponiendo mejoras continuas.
Who You Are
Experiencia y formación:
- Experiencia demostrable mínima de 2 años en entornos Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Certificación oficial en GCP (por ejemplo, Associate Cloud Engineer o superior).
- Formación técnica sólida en infraestructura y automatización.
Conocimientos técnicos imprescindibles:
- Terraform para IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
- Python para scripting y automatización.
- Principios y prácticas DevOps y GitOps.
- Gestión de repositorios y flujos de trabajo con Git.
- Inglés profesional (oral y escrito).
Disponibilidad:
- Capacidad para realizar guardias según planificación.
Competencias valorables:
- Experiencia en Kubernetes y orquestación de contenedores.
- Conocimiento de otros proveedores cloud (AWS, Azure).
- Familiaridad con herramientas de CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Buenas prácticas de seguridad en entornos cloud.
Habilidades personales:
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar en entornos ágiles.
- Resolución de problemas y orientación a resultados.
- Comunicación clara y efectiva.
