The Role

You will join a strategic initiative focused on integrating artificial intelligence and automation into delivery processes, helping improve efficiency and service quality across projects. You will contribute to the development of end-to-end solutions, adapting them to different environments and real-world use cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications, contributing across frontend and backend layers
• Design and implement APIs and services supporting AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with product teams, architects, and AI specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Integrate applications with cloud platforms, data services, and automation tools
• Apply engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, security, code quality)
• Contribute to technical decisions in microservices and cloud-native environments
• Maintain and enhance applications ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability

Who You Are

Must Have

• 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer
• Experience in at least one backend language (Java, Python, or similar)
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Understanding of software development best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD basics)
• Ability to collaborate effectively in agile, cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Interest or experience in AI, GenAI, automation, or related technologies
