Required Skills and Experience

• 12-18 years of experience in in supporting and developing Oracle Flexcube.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Java, databases, and monitoring tools.

Banking Knowledge: Understanding of core banking processes and modules.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
