As an Experience & Interface Designer, you'll shape digital experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and impactful. What You'll Do

  • Design with Purpose: You'll craft user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that make digital journeys seamless and meaningful.
  • Bring Interfaces to Life: You'll create clean, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces - from typography to micro-interactions - across web and mobile platforms.
  • Test, Learn, Improve: You'll gather feedback through usability testing and iterate designs to meet real user needs.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in experience design, product design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX/UI and visual design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with design systems, interaction design, and usability testing.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills - organized, self-directed, and thoughtful in approaching complex challenges.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Formal education, certification, or training in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or Interaction Design - or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative design processes.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and how they influence user experience.
  • Comfort with systems thinking and applying it to scalable design solutions.
  • Experience presenting design concepts and negotiating feedback with diverse teams.
