The Role
Role Summary
The IT Asset & Mobility Lifecycle Analyst is responsible for end-to-end management of corporate end-user devices and mobile assets, ensuring accurate asset records, compliant lifecycle processes, and efficient logistics operations across countries.
This role sits within Workplace Technology / End User Devices Operations and works closely with Device Engineering, Logistics Vendors, Service Desk, Finance, and Procurement to maintain a cost-effective, compliant, and transparent device estate.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices and mobile assets (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, mobile phones, tablets, eSIMs).
- Ensure accurate asset tracking from request → procurement → deployment → refresh → recovery → disposal.
- Maintain high data quality in asset management and inventory systems (ServiceNow or equivalent).
Device & Mobile Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with global and country-specific logistics partners to ensure timely device delivery, swaps, refreshes, and returns.
- Track and manage cross-border shipments, local warehousing, and reverse logistics.
- Support device refresh programs, break/fix replacements, and role-based device eligibility workflows.

Mobile & Telecom Asset Oversight
- Track mobile device assignments, SIM/eSIM activations, suspensions, transfers, and decommissions.
- Ensure alignment between mobile assets, contracts, and user assignments.
- Support initiatives such as Direct Local Management (DLM) or telecom vendor transitions.
Financial & Compliance Support
- Support capital and depreciation tracking for device and mobile assets in collaboration with Finance.
- Assist with budget forecasting, asset reconciliation, and audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT asset policies, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Produce regular reports on:
- Asset inventory accuracy
- Refresh and lifecycle status
- Logistics SLAs and vendor performance
- Mobile asset utilization and costs
- Identify process gaps and drive standardization and automation across asset and logistics workflows.
- Contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and country-specific playbooks.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree (or final-year graduate) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest or 1 years of experience in IT Asset Management, device lifecycle processes, and technology operations.
- Basic understanding of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile phones, tablets) and how they are used in a corporate environment.
- Willingness to learn asset management, logistics workflows, and mobile device operations in a global organization.
