DWS Engineering Automation Lead

As an Infrastructure Architect, you'll draw upon the full breadth of your talent and experience. To the client, you're the subject matter expert - consulting early, gathering inputs, understanding what they need from our solution. You define what Kyndryl can do to meet this solution. Required Technical and Professional Experience:

• Having 7 + years of Experience in Automation Lead.
• Define and lead automation roadmap across Systrack and ServiceNow platforms. Configure and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and WSD.
  Leverage Systrack for endpoint monitoring, user behavior analytics, and performance insights.
• Develop and maintain automation dashboards and reporting tools
• Identify automation opportunities in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and workplace services.
• Implement workflows, scripts, and bots to automate repetitive tasks and service requests.
• Integrate Systrack analytics with ServiceNow for proactive incident detection and resolution
• Lead automation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
• Manage change control, documentation, and governance for automation initiatives.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Drive initiatives like Zero Operations, Predictive Intelligence, and AI-readiness assessments.
• Conduct tool maturity assessments and recommend enhancements.
• Champion the use of GenAI and industry best practices in automation design.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with enterprise security, data privacy, and audit requirements.
• Maintain SLA adherence and monitor automation performance metrics.
• Tools-Ansible, Terraform, Cloud Formation, Windows Powershell Scripting, Azure Automation
• Knowledge of Datacenter and Networking automation use cases
