The Role
As the Director for Tax & Treasury Applications, you will oversee teams enabling tax, treasury, leasing & capital operations, focusing on technology solutions and automation strategy using Kyndryl's strategic platforms including FIS, Tririga, OneSource, and SAP.
In this role you'll be responsible for leading design, development, and implementation of business-requested capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
You will provide strong leadership capabilities and project management skills to lead a team of software developers/engineers and architects to deliver on project goals, timelines, and budgets. Your specific responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts and application and platform engineers, providing them guidance, mentorship, and feedback
- Overall Technical Ownership of all applications and processes with the portfolio including FIS (eBAM, Integrity, TRAX) and Tririga.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align on business and technical requirements
- Define and implement best practices for platform use to deliver on business processes, methodologies, and tools
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with all standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team by identifying and implementing process efficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Transform business processes with adoption of strategic platforms through portfolio rationalization
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing appropriate training and development opportunities

The compensation range for this position in the US is $207,840 to $395,040 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off. Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in leading and managing a team responsible for a large enterprise implementation of Treasury Management, Tax and Leasing & Capital solutions.
- Deep functional and process understanding of Treasury, Tax and Licensing areas
- Strong technical background with FIS, Tririga, OneSource, SAP plaforms with industry expertise with other competing solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering successful software projects on time and within budget
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
