Here's a snapshot of the work you'll get involved with:

  • You'll be a platform builder: You'll work directly with our network engineering, delivery, and development teams to create seamless, unified AI platform experience for both our customers and our employees. You'll need to understand how AI ML and Agentic AI works, including orchestration frameworks, Large Language Models, guardrails, governance, and other key technical building blocks.
  • You'll be a storyteller and a translator: You'll take complex user research and data analysis, transform them into AI and Agentic AI services requirements for our development teams. You'll apply the Jobs to be Done framework to deliver complete workflows and tasks via our Agentic AI Framework.
  • You'll be a change maker: You will play a key role in our cultural transformation. You'll work with internal clients to drive adoption of AI/Agentic AI, process excellence, and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll lead efforts focused on improving operational aspects like quality, cycle time, cost, and overall performance, as well as growing revenue through Consult engagements.
  • You'll be a data-driven decision-maker: You'll design and implement metrics to measure the impact of AI/Agentic AI, from adoption to business impact. This is essential for ensuring our work delivers tangible value.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI/Agentic AI Strategy & Vision: Define the AI/Agentic vision and strategy Kyndryl's Network Managed Services. You'll build and manage the roadmap, prioritizing releases based on customer needs and business objectives.

You'll actively participate in PI planning, Sprint Planning, and backlog grooming to ensure the team is always working on the highest-value initiatives that are aligned with our business goals.
  • User Research & Data Analysis: Conduct user research and competitive analysis and analyze network and services data to gather insights. You will design and track key metrics to measure success, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Business Acumen: Build business cases for new investments, and work with marketing to develop value proposition, pricing, and competitive strategy for Agentic AI enabled network offerings.
  • Process & Culture Change: Champion cultural transformation by implementing new processes and ways of working, using methodologies like Agile, Co-Creation, or AI/Agentic AI.

Where This Role Can Take You

  • We believe in continuous growth, both for our offerings and our people. This role is a fantastic launchpad for your career. You'll gain a deep, holistic understanding of our business, from technical building blocks and service delivery operations to marketing and go-to-market strategy.
  • As you grow in this role, you could see yourself taking on leadership opportunities, mentoring junior offering managers, or specializing in a specific area like Agentic AI implementation and networking. Your experience here will prepare you for senior leadership positions within the company, empowering you to shape our strategic direction for years to come.
