Required Skills and Experience

• More than 10 years of experience in project delivery and/or services delivery.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a large organization, bringing together high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams to deliver services to clients.
• Ability to represent a seamless end‑to‑end solution for the client by integrating multiple service areas.
• Demonstrated capability to manage and lead large, multi‑year business‑to‑business services contracts.
• Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, capable of identifying business needs and following through to drive additional revenue.
• Deep understanding of business controls and cost accounting, with the ability to manage profit and loss for large‑scale engagements.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree.

Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL.

Proven track record of successfully managing long‑term client relationships.
