Cybersecurity Consultant - AI-Driven Security Automation & Orchestration

Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, REST APIs, JSON, YAML)
Experience integrating SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, cloud security, and threat intelligence platforms
Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and its application to automated detection and response
Knowledge of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model integration within security platforms
Experience with cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with MLOps principles (model lifecycle, monitoring, retraining, governance)
Ability to design human-in-the-loop controls and automation guardrails
Experience with data visualization and reporting, including Power BI, for operational dashboards and automation KPIs
Awareness of ethical AI, model risk, and explainability in security automation contexts
Strong documentation and communication skills to explain AI-driven security workflows

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows for cybersecurity operations
Develop and orchestrate SOAR playbooks enhanced with ML models and LLM-based decision support
Automate tasks such as alert triage, enrichment, classification, response recommendation, and execution
Integrate AI agents to perform autonomous or semi-autonomous security tasks under defined guardrails
Collaborate with SOC and SecOps teams to embed AI capabilities into existing operational processes
Define control points, human-in-the-loop mechanisms, and escalation criteria for AI-assisted responses
Ensure AI-driven automations align with security policies, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements
Monitor performance of automated workflows and AI models, optimizing accuracy and reliability
Document AI-based procedures, orchestration logic, and operational safeguards
Support testing, simulations, and controlled rollouts of AI-enabled security automation
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency through intelligent automation
Act as a bridge between security, data science, and engineering teams during implementation initiatives
