Who You Are

Your Future at Kyndryl

Responsibilities

• Design and execute internal communication campaigns focused on culture.
• Create engaging content (infographics, newsletters, blogs, videos, storytelling).
• Manage culture measurement tools: surveys, dashboards.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Provide operational and administrative support for office projects.
• Maintain repositories, intranet, and collaboration platforms up to date.
• Document best practices and lessons learned.
• Coordinate logistics and communication for cultural activities.

Desired Experience and Skills

• 2-4 years in internal communication, data analysis, marketing, change management, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (including Forms).
• Knowledge of design tools (Illustrator, Adobe).
• Experience facilitating hybrid/virtual sessions (managing rooms with 100 participants).
• Plus: experience in technology, consulting, or infrastructure service companies.
