The Role
Customer Cloud & Data modernization architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. You're in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives.
You'll draw upon the full breadth of your talent and experience. This is a technical leadership role, so we want you to bring your vision, knowledge, and leadership to each project. To the client, you're the subject matter expert - consulting early, gathering inputs, understanding what they need from our solution. You define what Kyndryl can do to meet this solution.

You will be instrumental in driving technology solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with executives to foster business growth and transformation, utilizing your expertise in modernization for Cloud. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, proposing solutions with clear benefits, defining Statements of Work (SOWs), developing client proposals, and contributing to Kyndryl's transformation Points of View (POVs). A strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, along with professional-level certifications, is essential.
In this key technical sales role within our team, you will demonstrate a consultative selling approach, technical and market eminence, and the ability to support the implementation of the solutions sold. Experience in diverse hybrid cloud computing technologies across public, private, and hybrid enterprise operating models is highly desirable, coupled with a proven track record of excelling in a customer-centric technical sales role

Required Skills and Expertise:
18+ years of relevant experience in below aspects
Cloud Strategy & IT Transformation:
- Collaborate with customers to evaluate their current IT landscape and develop a cloud strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Ability to integrate our solutions on cloud transformation & modernization, platform engineering & operations, hybrid IT ops and observability
- Extensive knowledge of Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Private Cloud solutions to deliver strategic cloud solutions.
- Establish cloud governance models, Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), FinOps, and Platform Engineering.
- Recommend modernization approaches for applications, data, infrastructure, and IT operations.
- Assist customers in cloud adoption.
- * Advise on hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and security.
Business Growth & Executive Engagement:
- Partner with executives to define and drive business growth strategies through technology transformation.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide insights on market trends and cloud adoption.
- Deliver C-level presentations and executive briefings on cloud transformation strategies.
Sales, Solutioning & Proposal Development:
- Demonstrate a consultative selling approach.
- Achieve the organization's cloud sales targets.
- Develop client proposals that align with business and technology goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create high-impact transformation points of view (POVs) that guide client decision-making.
- Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and define project deliverables.
Support pre-sales and business development efforts by articulating the value of Kyndryl
