The Role

Your role
As a Content Writer, you will create clear, accurate, and engaging content that supports how Kyndryl presents its services, expertise, and value to customers. This role focuses on turning complex ideas into usable content across digital and written formats, with an emphasis on consistency, accessibility, and quality. You will balance independent writing time with collaborative planning, working closely with subject matter experts, marketing partners, and stakeholders to deliver content that is ready to publish and easy to understand.

What you will do
• Research, write, edit, and proofread content for web pages, campaigns, thought leadership, and internal materials
• Translate technical or specialized information into plain language that is accurate and customer focused
• Apply editorial guidelines, brand voice, and style standards consistently across all content
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to shape content structure and messaging
• Manage multiple content pieces at different stages, from outline through final approval
• Review content for clarity, accessibility, and usability, making revisions based on feedback
• Maintain documentation of content updates, sources, and approvals to support reuse and governance

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Experience writing and editing professional content for external audiences
• Ability to turn complex or technical topics into clear, structured written content
• Experience applying editorial standards, style guides, and brand voice consistently
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing content for accuracy, grammar, and readability
• Ability to manage multiple writing tasks with clear priorities and deadlines
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather input and incorporate feedback

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience writing content for technology or services focused organizations
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing workflows
• Experience writing for multiple formats such as web, long form articles, and campaign assets
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive content practices
