The Role
In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance.
Not only will you be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, but you'll also have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions that will shape the future of the industry. You'll be at the forefront of new service preparation and change management processes, constantly learning and growing your technical expertise to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
Your technical prowess will be put to the test as you troubleshoot critical customer situations and provide timely solutions to keep their systems secure, reliable, and efficient. You'll be the go-to expert for sizing and optimizing systems, ensuring our customers' business performance is always world-class.

Experiência Técnica e Profissional Necessária
- Experiência com administração SAP Basis e operação eficiente e segura de ambientes SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, Solution Manager e SAP BTP
- Desenho de arquiteturas SAP On-Premises, Cloud e Híbridas com foco em alta disponibilidade (HA) e recuperação de desastres (DR)
- Planejamento e execução de migração de ambientes SAP para Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP); implementação de SAP RISE e integração com SAP BTP
- Integração e extensão de soluções SAP com SAP BTP Integration Suite e Extension Suite
- Experiência com SAP Solution Manager: Gestão de mudanças, monitoramento de ambientes, suporte à operação e garantia de qualidade
- Vivência com liderança em projetos SAP, coordenação de equipes e stakeholders em projetos críticos e de grande escala
- Gestão de Ciclo de Vida SAP: Upgrades, EHPs, SPs, SAP Notes, System Copies, Backup & Restore
- Expertise para realizar diagnóstico e otimização de performance de ambientes SAP (ABAP stack, HANA DB tuning)
- Diagnóstico avançado e mitigação de incidentes de alto impacto para garantir continuidade do serviço
- Data Management & Archiving: Implementação de estratégias de arquivamento de dados SAP para performance e compliance.
- Governança, Segurança e Compliance: Implementação de controles de segurança, compliance regulatório e governança de dados.
- Experiência em projetos de Migração completa de landscapes SAP para Cloud, com redesenho de arquitetura e otimização de custos
- Experiência com implementação de SAP RISE, incluindo definição de modelo operacional, integração com sistemas legados e SAP BTP
- Criação de arquiteturas resilientes e escaláveis com HA e DR
- Arquivamento de dados SAP com foco em requisitos regulatórios
- Rollouts globais e projetos SAP de grande porte
- Graduação completa
- Disponibilidade para modelo de trabalho híbrido: até 3 dias por semana no escritório da Kyndryl ou no site de clientes, conforme necessidade dos projetos
- Inglês intermediário para avançado
Experiência Técnica e Profissional Desejável
- Certificações: SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP System Administration (SAP S/4HANA); SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP HANA Installation; SAP Certified Associate - SAP BTP; Cloud Architect Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP); ITIL Foundation (desejável)
