The Role

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for driving transformation and accelerating growth through account-based marketing (ABM)? We're looking for an exceptional CMO level Consult Marketing Director to partner directly with our Country Leader and Senior Leadership teams. You will lead our Italia marketing, to evolve our market presence from managed services to consulting-led value creation.

This is not a campaign execution role - it's a transformational leadership opportunity.

You'll lead a team of high-potential marketers and shape the next stage of our go-to-market journey, enabling pipeline growth, and deepening account penetration, opening doors with existing customers and new logo opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Own and shape the marketing strategy for our Italia business, aligning with the Country President and leadership to drive revenue growth through targeted ABM programs.
  • Lead, coach, and transform a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance, clarity of purpose, and accountability to outcomes.
  • Drive transformation. Helping the business shift from a traditional services mindset to a consulting-led, customer-first approach.
  • Develop and execute multi-touch ABM campaigns that influence decision-makers and build trust with C-level stakeholders across strategic accounts.
  • Be the marketing voice at the leadership table, evaluating what "great" looks like and ensuring marketing is a revenue-driving partner.
  • Champion the Kyndryl brand in Italy - repositioning it in the market and amplifying our story through customer success, thought leadership, and partner co-marketing.
  • Collaborate across global and regional teams to localize assets, shape messaging, and activate executive engagement programs that resonate in the Italian market.
  • Bring data and performance metrics to the forefront - making informed decisions, optimizing campaign performance, and reporting progress against pipeline impact.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years in account-based or field marketing roles
  • Prior or existing consulting and/or hyperscaler Kyndryl experience
  • Demonstrated success in building pipeline through strategic ABM and customer-centric marketing programs.
  • A confident, executive-facing communicator who can influence at C-suite level and align marketing to business priorities.
  • Deep understanding of the consulting sales cycle, and how to create marketing initiatives that unlock growth in strategic accounts.
  • A strong operational backbone. Able to balance strategy with execution, and lead in a fast-paced, evolving, growth business.
