We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect / Consultant to lead and design modern security solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of security architecture, Zero Trust, cloud and hybrid security, and modern SOC operations, combined with strong consulting capabilities, stakeholder communication, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Architecture & Strategy
  Design end-to-end security solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid infrastructures including micro-segmentation, identity-driven security, and Zero Trust Network Access.
• Security Operations & Automation
  Modernize SOCs with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and AI-driven analytics. Lead threat hunting and incident response leveraging frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and cyber kill chain.
• Cloud & Hybrid Security
  Secure cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using native controls and 3rd-party tools. Lead identity and access governance with platforms like Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and SailPoint.
• Compliance & Governance
  Ensure solutions align with major regulatory standards (NIST, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.). Perform risk assessments and develop audit-ready documentation.
• Client Advisory & Consulting
  Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex technical risks into business impacts. Support pre-sales efforts, deliver executive briefings, and contribute to proposal development.

Required Skills and Experience

• Education :Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity architecture, engineering, and consulting, with experience in multiple sectors / industries
• Proficient with EDR/XDR (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), SIEM/SOAR (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Cortex XSOAR), PAM/IAM (CyberArk, Okta), network and cloud security controls (Palo Alto, Zscaler, Illumio, Guardicore, etc.).
• Strong expertise in designing security architectures leveraging Zero Trust, micro-segmentation, SSE, and cloud-native security frameworks.
• Deep understanding of cyber threats, attacker techniques, and containment strategies; experience with threat hunting and incident management.
• Knowledge of and experience aligning with security and privacy standards such as NIST 800-53/800-207, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS.
• Ability to lead complex engagements, manage client relationships, and present technical solutions clearly to technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Preferred certifications may include those from recognized vendors and organizations such as Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Cortex, ISC2, and ISACA
