The Role

Role Purpose

Lead research and design of cultural and learning experiences that drive organizational transformation. Provide insights, facilitate workshops, and support change initiatives to ensure adoption and measurable impact.

• Conduct cultural diagnostics through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and organizational tools.
• Create narratives and materials that reinforce desired culture and values.
• Partner on high-impact initiatives (The Kyndryl Way values, Engagement Survey results, customer experience needs).
• Identify cultural barriers and propose interventions.
• Collaborate with internal communication and learning teams.

• 5+ years in user experience research, organizational design, cultural transformation, or change management.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and complex conversations.
• Advanced qualitative research: interviews, focus groups, cultural pattern mapping, narrative analysis.
• Project management expertise: planning, execution, and delivery of change initiatives.
• Empathy and active listening to understand leaders' and employees' needs.
• Creative thinking and assertive communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including survey and data analysis tools).
• Experience facilitating hybrid sessions with large groups (~100 participants).
• Plus: experience in technology, consulting, or infrastructure services.
