Who We Are
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
The Role
About the Role:
This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, translated into actionable requirements, and carried through successful implementation. The individual works closely with customers, subject matter experts, product teams, architects, and engineers to analyze business processes, define requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain alignment between business objectives and delivered functionality.
The role participates throughout the full delivery lifecycle-from discovery and requirements definition through backlog refinement, development, testing, and validation. It is responsible for identifying gaps, dependencies, assumptions, and opportunities for process improvement while maintaining high-quality, traceable requirements and supporting documentation.
Success in this role requires strong analytical and communication skills, comfort working across business and technical teams, and the ability to turn complex or ambiguous needs into clear direction for delivery teams. The individual will also leverage approved AI-assisted tools and modern analysis practices to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of requirements and solution delivery.
