The Role
En Kyndryl, no solo gestionamos la infraestructura crítica de nuestros clientes; nos convertimos en el corazón de su transformación digital.
Buscamos un/a Arquitecto/a de Soluciones Azure Cloud que sea parte punto de estrategia y asesoramiento de confianza para una de nuestras cuentas más importantes donde actuará como principal referente técnico/a entre el cliente y nuestros equipos de delivery.
Esta no es una posición de arquitectura tradicional. Serás el nexo fundamental que garantiza que las soluciones que diseñamos no solo son técnicamente excelentes, sino que están intrínsecamente alineadas con la lógica de negocio, los procesos y el ecosistema tecnológico completo del cliente.
Tu misión será doble: por un lado, guiar al cliente en su estrategia cloud con una visión a largo plazo y, por otro, empoderar a nuestros equipos de delivery con la claridad y el contexto necesarios para una ejecución impecable.
Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:
- Actuar como el principal punto de contacto técnico y de confianza para los stakeholders del cliente, desde los equipos de ingeniería hasta la dirección de TI.
- Diseñar arquitecturas cloud robustas, escalables, seguras y eficientes en entornos multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), asegurando que se integran de forma nativa con los sistemas existentes del cliente.
- Servir como la máxima autoridad técnica dentro de la cuenta, proporcionando a los equipos de delivery (ingenieros, administradores de sistemas) los diseños detallados, los principios de gobierno y las mejores prácticas a seguir.
- Validar que la implementación final de las soluciones se corresponde con la arquitectura definida, garantizando la calidad y la excelencia operativa.
- Establecer y mantener un marco de gobierno de la arquitectura cloud dentro de la cuenta, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares tanto de Kyndryl como del cliente.
- Documentar el estado actual y futuro de la arquitectura del cliente, creando una fuente de verdad única que sirva de guía para todas las iniciativas.

Who You Are
- Conocimientos Técnicos Esenciales:
- Experiencia Cloud Demostrable: Mínimo de 5-7 años de experiencia práctica diseñando e implementando soluciones Azure.
- Arquitectura de Integración: Experiencia conectando entornos cloud con sistemas on-premise (arquitecturas híbridas). Comprensión de APIs, buses de eventos y patrones de integración.
- Experiencia en desarrollo de software: familiaridad con Python, Node/JS, o Java.
- Automatización y DevSecOps: Dominio de Infraestructura como Código (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM) y principios de CI/CD. Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de orquestación de contenedores (Kubernetes, OpenShift). Conocimiento sólido de ciclo de vida de software (desde diseño y desarrollo hasta despliegue y mantenimiento).
Cualificaciones Deseables:
Certificaciones profesionales en alguna de las nubes públicas (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert). Experiencia previa en roles de consultoría o en proveedores de servicios gestionados. Grado en Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o un campo relacionado.
