The Role
The successful Associate, Offering Management Technical Marketing and Launch will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic collaboration. This position functions as a Business Development Analyst, dedicated to enhancing sales development efforts by transforming complex data into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and strategic plans to drive new opportunities and long-term initiatives.
- Collect, interpret, and present CRM and sales data through detailed reports, summaries, and dashboards for multiple stakeholders.
- Evaluate inbound leads using analytics, refine qualification criteria with Inside Sales, and leverage data models to identify the highest-value prospects.
- Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and visual insights tailored to different stakeholders, helping track conversions and optimize processes.
- Support sales enablement by equipping sales teams with data insights, tools, and materials to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Assist in preparing materials and data insights for events, ensuring sales teams are equipped to engage effectively.

Who You Are
You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Sales Engagement & Prospecting Tools.
- Understanding of sales process with ability to apply analytical insights to improve lead qualification and conversions.
- Key skills include strong analytical abilities, communication skills, time management, agility and the ability to translate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
