Working closely with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer stakeholders, you will leverage your technical and solution expertise to drive targeted business opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you won't just be another advisor-you will be a trusted partner and visionary, delivering unique and differentiated value. Through engaging demos and persuasive presentations, you will showcase our credibility and industry leadership, leaving a lasting impression on potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support consulting, advisory, and architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery
  • Leverage deep technical knowledge in a specific practice area to create profitable deals by integrating Kyndryl's expertise
  • Apply end-to-end knowledge of your domain and related subdomains
  • Establish yourself as a recognized authority in the industry through your technical expertise and external certifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong technical and business acumen to deliver value-driven solutions
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with clear and persuasive communication
  • Ability to understand complex customer business and technical requirements and propose cross-practice solutions using Kyndryl's capabilities
  • Skilled in delivering demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and prototypes to clearly communicate our value
  • Capable of leading the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Proactive in building relationships with external alliance partners and co-creating joint solutions

Required Skills and Experience

  • Deep domain knowledge of service offerings and technical solutions within a specific practice area
  • Proven experience in translating advanced technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions
  • Prior experience in consultative selling
  • Recognized externally as an expert in one or more of the following areas, with relevant technical certifications:

    • Application, Data, and AI
    • Cloud
    • Core Enterprise and zCloud
    • Digital Workplace
    • Network and Edge
    • Security and Resiliency

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling technical services to customers across multiple industries
