Key Responsibilities

Delivery Unit Leadership

  • Build and lead high-performing LC/NC Delivery Unit team to fully leverage product flexibility and accelerators and ensure time and cost effective application development, integration and management to fully achieve customer needs in terms of service quality, flexibility, cost efficiency and time-to-delivery.
  • Work with other Application Delivery Unit leaders and partners to develop Application Services capabilities, market share increase and positioning in the Digital domain.
  • Shape the consult LC/NC Unit development strategy, and roadmap for Italy country, working closely with Italian Customer Accounts, partners and global teams.

Business Development & Growth

  • Support the development and expansion of the Application Services consult business across Italy country, by developing and industrializing capabilities on LC/NC in line with customer needs and market demand.
  • Identify, design, and develop or modernize digital solutions tailored to address customer needs and maximize delivered value.
  • Collaborate with Consult and Account teams to qualify and design solutions for customers and new market opportunities.

Partner Ecosystem Management

  • Build and foster strong relationships with LC/NC key technology partners (e.g. OUTSYSTEMS, Microsoft) to position as preferred partner for professional services in the domain for new opportunities, deliver scalable, innovative solutions and ensure IT Operations excellence.

3. Customer Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their requirements and needs, defining business driven solutions and supporting impactful Digital transformation strategies.
  • Ensure successful delivery of Digital Transformation projects and deployment and continuous improvement of Application Management Services in the LC/NC domain.

You'll use your extensive technical knowledge to conceive system interfaces and business application prototypes and to provide technical leadership to the Application Development Delivery Unit team and ensure that uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained as well as software architecture, application design processes, component integration, testing guidelines, and other key elements of project documentation.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • 3+ years leading LowCode/NoCode Delivery unit on delivery and business development support
  • 5-8 years of experience in application development and deployment
  • 3+ years in application migration and modernization
  • 3+ years in application architecture, middleware and data experience
  • In depth knowledge and experience of hardware and software including connectivity between platforms
  • Excellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, Python, C-Shap, .Net etc.) with debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Outsystems platform with technical certification
  • Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices
  • Deep knowledge of various application domains and technologies, on different industries including Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments)
  • Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and Enterprise Cloud Integration
  • Software development methodologies, with demonstrated experience developing scalable and robust software
  • Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • The Open Group - Master Certified Architect (or equivalent)
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerApps
