The Role

• Design and develop integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, and other middleware tools.
• Implement API-led integrations between core and peripheral banking applications.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and solution documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and performance standards.
• Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment and monitoring of integration components.
• Provide support during SIT/UAT and production rollout phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in coordination with support teams.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-10 years of total experience in integration or middleware development roles.
• Hands-on experience with TIBCO (BW5 / BW6 / EMS) or similar middleware platforms.
• Experience with API management platforms (e.g. WSO2)
• Strong understanding of JSON, SOAP, REST, XML related integration standards.
• Experience in API development and integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies (e.g. JMS) and databases (e.g. Oracle).
• Working knowledge of version control (Git), build/deployment pipelines , and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is desirable.
• Strong exposure to banking domain integrations
