JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the design and implementation of HR service delivery models aimed at enhancing the associate experience, enabling managers and associates with tools to manage their workforce, and reducing administrative tasks for HR professionals & payroll/shared services teams. Primary responsibility is to be the leader of collaboration with Human Resources, Finance, Retail Operations and Kroger Technology & Digital teams to develop, design, document, and assign roles/responsibilities with respect to each element of HCM, AI Digital Assistant and time keeping systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all areas of the cross-functional business teams involved in HCM system processes and related technologies including Human Resources, Payroll, technology, and associate data and shared service centers delivery. Leveraging process improvement team to ensure processes are mapped, dependencies identified and solutions designed.
  • Lead system strategy and administration of HR systems, including Oracle HCM modules (CoreHR, non-payroll and payroll) and AI Digital Assistant in an HCM cloud environment including system releases, configuration changes, testing, audits, break fixes, integration, timelines, run books, team assignments, data entry, reports, analysis, customer support, ticket processes, etc.
  • Develop and lead coordination of governance work between HR Operations & Governance, Finance Governance, and Technology Governance teams to implement cross-functional requirements to ensure HCM processes and technology coordinate across all ERP and HCM processes and technology.
  • Serve as the business owner for all HCM enhancements partnering with the technology team HR systems owner and Finance Business Partner(s) to build business cases, capital funding requests, vendor relationships, etc. to ensure funding support of service model, technologies and resources
  • Lead all areas of the cross-functional business teams involved in scheduling and time/attendance processes and related technologies, including Human Resources, Retail Operations, Finance/Shared Services, and Kroger Technology & Digital (KTD)
  • Serve as a visionary and influential leader on the development and implementation of new and cutting edge technology

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8-10 years of experience leading strategy and process improvement as it relates to HR systems, tools, and technology
  • 8+ years leading system/technology integrations, with a preference for HR systems
  • 8+ years of experience managing large scale enterprise technology vendor partnerships
  • 5+ years of experience managing HR Systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday etc)
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant area of study
