Regional Data Integrity Center Pricing and Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:
Provide Administrative Support to execute the daily activities of the Pricing Execution Team to achieve Department goals & objectives. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, Integrity, diversity, inclusion and Safety of others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Functions:
• Develop and Maintain strong working Relationships with Mechandising Departments and Stores.
• Provide assistance in handling adverse situations, such as team member and Customer disagreements, in a manner to effectively get the job completed.
• Promote a strong team-building atmosphere.
• Responsible for accurate and complete Pricing input and Maintenance for the team.
• CrEate and Maintain Support for the intranet bulletin board.
• Request, test and approve fixes/enhancement via User Accepted Testing (UAT).
• Resolve Store Pricing issues.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Desired Previous Job Experience
• Department Specialist
• Broad Knowledge of Mechandising Departments and Systems
• Kroger Mainframe experience
• Experience in Mechandising, Operations or Procurement
Minimum Position Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Highly motivated and self starter
• Customer Service oriented
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail oriented and accurate
