Payroll Tax Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain, monitor, and audit associate payroll tax data. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update and adjust associate records with proper payroll tax withholdings
- Perform payroll tax audits
- Communicate with various levels of management regarding payroll tax changes and withholdings
- Assist associates with questions regarding tax withholdings and resolve call center tickets, as assigned
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to work within strict deadlines
- Good written and oral communication and customer services skills
- Must be able to use discretion and maintain confidential information
- Self-starter with ability to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to access all necessary files
Desired
- Payroll experience, with knowledge of Oracle cloud based or other payroll systems
- Advanced Excel skills
