Payroll Data Maintenance Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
Process payroll data inputs and deduction remittance. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input and balance payroll deductions for union dues, better government, political action, and United Way
- Load payroll dollars, hours, and deductions into system
- Resolve call center tickets as assigned
- Respond to payroll questions from division, stores, and vendors
- Issue remittance for voluntary deductions
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to work within strict deadlines
- Good written and oral communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to use discretion and maintain confidential information
- Self-starter with ability to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well with others
- Physical ability to access all necessary files
- Payroll experience, with knowledge of Oracle cloud based or other payroll systems
- Advanced Excel skills
